What is the vision for Lucero Golf & Country Club Resort and Residences?

Lucero, formerly known as Cielo Paraiso, was the vision of Raideep Lal (now deceased) and his wife Colleen Lal.  Their original vision is still very much alive and being maintained. The developers have placed the highest priority on environmental preservation with a carefully master-planned growth strategy. Residential densities have intentionally been kept low to preserve the exquisite natural setting, forest and green areas.

Lucero Golf & Country Club will provide a quality of resort life, whether through retirement, second home ownership, or vacation, that is second to none-yet competitively priced with like fine resorts and golf courses in Panama, Mexico, or Central and South America. This combination will put the Residences at Lucero Golf & Country Club in a class by itself for resort ownership in North America. While the majority of residents will be from the United States, Canada and Europe, the Lucero Golf & Country Club Resort and Residences are being developed as an international community with a strong Panamanian flavor and spirit.
